Job Title: Infor Syteline SME – Security Role Redesign SpecialistLocation: RemoteIndustry: Manufacturing / Technology / ERP ConsultingExperience Level: Senior (9+ years)Job Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Infor Syteline Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead a critical security role redesign project within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Syteline Version 10, a strong understanding of enterprise security protocols, and a proven track record of managing complex ERP projects.Key Responsibilities:Syteline Expertise:Analyze existing security roles and permissions in Syteline V10.Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current configurations.Develop and implement strategies to enhance security and access controls.Security Role Design:Design, test, and deploy refined security roles aligned with best practices.Ensure compliance with data protection standards and internal access policies.Documentation & Reporting:Create and maintain detailed documentation of the redesign process, including policies and procedures.Deliver regular progress reports to project sponsors and stakeholders.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).9+ years of experience working with Infor Syteline ERP systems, with deep expertise in Version 10.Strong knowledge of enterprise security standards and access management best practices.Demonstrated success in leading complex ERP projects, especially those involving security redesign.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in user training and documentation development.Preferred Skills:Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP).Experience with other ERP systems or complementary technologies.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
