This role is ideal for individuals with pharmacy, insurance verification, prior authorization, benefits investigation, or claims experience who are looking for a long term, stable work from home opportunity with equipment provided. Position: Pharmacy Benefits Case Manager Pay: $19/hr, weekly pay plus benefits Schedule: Monday through Friday, any 8 hour shift between 7:00am and 8:00pm Equipment: Provided Projected Start Date: December 2025 Requirement: Must be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX Key Responsibilities:• Review, analyze, and process pharmacy and medical claims for accuracy and completeness • Validate claim data against patient records, benefits, and policy information • Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients regarding claim status, medication issues, or follow up needs • Investigate discrepancies, missing documentation, or denial causes and determine required next steps • Communicate proactively with patients, providers, and insurers to resolve claim related issues • Research claim denials and determine corrective actions • Document all case activities accurately within internal systems • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards • Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround expectations consistentlyRequirements:• Minimum 1 year of RECENT medical insurance, pharmacy, claims, or benefits experience required (Examples include pharmacy tech, prior authorization, benefit investigation, insurance verification, medical office, PBM experience) • Must be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX • Strong analytical and documentation skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Quiet home workspace that is distraction free • High speed wired internet connection required.
