Responsibilities Learn AEM’s technology stack—from authoring to publishing, from the backend (Sling, OSGi, Oak) to frontend frameworks (HTL, React) Design and develop internal tools and automations to help Customer Engineering streamline diagnostics and support workflows Analyze and improve existing processes by identifying efficiency opportunities and building practical solutions Solve and investigate AEM issues, learning debugging techniques used in enterprise environments Contribute to internal documentation and wikis to support continuous information flow Engage in team discussions and standups, learning agile workflows and customer support methodologies Partner with internal stakeholders across Product Engineering and Customer Success teams to understand cross functional operations Skills Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2026– June 2027 Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September Technical or functional skill requirements of the position HTML, JavaScript, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, XML Languages such as Java or Python — with an understanding of object-oriented principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills Company Overview Adobe is a software company that provides its users with digital marketing and media solutions.
