2026 Summer Intern: Associate Project Manager

At a Glance • You're a motivated rising senior student with a 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. • This is a full-time, 10-week program designed to give you real-world experience working within the telecommunications industry in your field of choice. • Internship program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026. • In addition to the role-based projects you'll work on, you'll also participate in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and have access to a mentor. The Spectrum Internship Experience You'll join one of our departments for the summer, where you'll contribute to meaningful projects that give you insight into what it's like to work at a leading connectivity company. You'll have access to: • Opportunities to gain new skills and elevate the ones you already have, all in a robust and forward-thinking business setting. • Build connections with our team members and senior leaders who can help you better understand what our business looks like and what it's like to work here. • Receive mentorship from a member of our team, who can provide one-on-one advice to help you reach your professional goals. What you can expect in this role As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams - your respective department and your intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations. Internship responsibilities may include • Help align the customer and agent experience between Cable and Mobile by leveraging project management skills • Help manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through implementation • Meeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reports • Gaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation Required qualifications • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program • Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments • Effective at measuring results using data driven tools • Ability to use presentation skills to effectively convey project success • Strong attention to detail • Analytical skills • Communication Skills - Verbal and Written • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access GGN100 2025-60250 2025 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
