ABA therapy helps individuals with Autism improve socially significant behavior, following the principles of Behavior Analysis. Our extensively trained BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child. Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ABA Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is a remote role that plays a key part in ensuring adherence to internal policies, insurance requirements, and industry regulations related to ABA therapy services. The Compliance Specialist reports directly to the Clinical Director and supports the clinical and operational teams to maintain high standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and insurance regulations related to ABA therapy. • Review and audit clinical documentation (e.g., session notes, treatment plans, authorizations) for accuracy and compliance. • Track expiration dates of authorizations, reassessment requirements, and licensure documentation. • Support BCBAs and clinicians in maintaining up-to-date records and timely submissions. • Coordinate internal audits and prepare compliance reports for leadership. • Identify and flag potential risks or areas of non-compliance; assist with corrective action planning. • Stay current on evolving payer requirements, ethical standards, and relevant regulatory updates. • Assist with training staff on documentation and compliance best practices. • Act as a liaison between clinical, operations, and billing teams to ensure cohesive and compliant processes. • Maintain confidential and organized digital and physical records. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or Education) preferred. • Minimum 1 year of experience in a compliance, administrative, or clinical documentation role (ABA, healthcare, or insurance-related experience preferred). • Strong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare documentation standards. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. • Experience working in an ABA or therapeutic services setting is a plus. Compensation: Up to $60,000 Annually, depending on experience and qualifications Expected Hours: Full-time | Up to 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Apply tot his job
