The Account Executive will be responsible for contacting top-level decision-makers, managing a pipeline of sales opportunities, and building long-term relationships to drive membership growth. Responsibilities Contact top-level decision-making leaders to join our membership communities Talk with prospects and gain an understanding of their challenges and goals, while pitching a highly valuable, yet intangible solution Manage pipeline of sales opportunities with ability to strategize conversion plans including navigating enterprise level procurement processes Identify new business opportunities from a range of sources Ability to cold call, conduct outreach, and schedule with prospects Meet or exceed quarterly quota Build deep, long-term, empathetic relationships Keep up to date with member stories & activities, current industry trends, market activities, the competitive landscape Demonstrate passion and energy, both externally with the customer and internally with our team Strong collaboration skills in working in across departments Skills 1-3 years of sales experience (or equivalent commercial experience in fundraising, marketing, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats including phone, email and social media General business acumen and understanding of Fortune 1000 companies Self-motivated, determined, and driven with keen ability to problem solve Ambitious results-oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive who is accountable for his/her success Ability and willingness to make cold calls to senior-level executives Professional presence, especially when dealing with prospects and members Company Overview The vast majority of business leaders struggle to make important decisions with certainty.
