The Account Manager will use relationship-building skills to provide exceptional service and communication to clients regarding digital marketing performance and growth strategy. This role requires expert-level knowledge of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, and social media, to drive customer acquisition and business growth. Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of top clients, owning relationships, overseeing performance, and delivering on growth goals. • Hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, and brand strategy to optimize client campaigns. • Strong knowledge of SEO, including keyword optimization, site structure, and performance. • Provide proactive communication through email, calls, and meetings. • Establish credibility with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on digital strategy. • Campaign execution, ensuring deadlines are met. • Create call agendas, document meetings, and provide follow-ups. • Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements. • Maintain a working knowledge of the agency's client list and business models. • Implement and enhance CRM systems for lead tracking. • Leverage email marketing and targeted advertising to maximize campaign success. • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and analytics.
