As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to nurture our client base, drive revenue expansion and strengthen our presence in the payments and financial services sectors. Position Summary The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Intelica’s portfolio of financial institution clients, including several high-profile banks. This role is focused on client satisfaction, retention, and expansion through a consultative, value-driven approach. The Account Manager will serve as a trusted partner to client stakeholders, ensuring successful adoption of Intelica’s software and analytics solutions while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and advisory services. This role requires strong relationship management skills, comfort working with senior client stakeholders, and a solid understanding of the payments and card economics landscape. Intelica is at an inflection point, with proven products and increasing demand from complex, sophisticated clients. This creates an opportunity for an Account Manager to take meaningful ownership of key accounts and play a central role in expanding long-term client value. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage a portfolio of financial institution clients, including large and high-profile banks. • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Intelica’s software, analytics, and consulting offerings. • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client stakeholders across commercial, operations, and finance teams. • Drive client retention by ensuring high satisfaction, strong product adoption, and consistent delivery of measurable value. • Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning conversations with clients. • Partner closely with internal analytics, consulting, and product teams to coordinate delivery, onboarding, and ongoing support. • Monitor client health, usage, and outcomes, proactively addressing risks and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement. • Track client needs, market trends, and evolving payments economics to inform account strategy and product positioning. Qualifications Required: • 2–4+ years of experience in B2B account management, client success, or relationship management, ideally in enterprise SaaS, consulting, financial services, payments, or analytics. • Proven experience managing complex, high-value client relationships with multiple stakeholders. • Strong consultative mindset with demonstrated success in retention and account expansion. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple sophisticated accounts in parallel. • Flexibility for travel to clients and HQ. Preferred: • Experience working with banks or large financial institutions. • Familiarity with card payments, interchange, scheme fees, or payments economics. • Background in selling or expanding analytics, SaaS, or advisory services within existing accounts.
