Job Details Remote Type Fully Remote Position Type Full Time Salary Range $20.67 - $21.63 Hourly Travel Percentage None Job Category Accounting & Finance Description JobSummary Provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices,monitoringexpenses, and keeping a record of it all for tax & audit purposes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Full Cycle Accounts Payable, including: • AP invoice data entry • Check to match • Scanning and tagging of matched checks • Mailing checks • Handle high-volume emailsand calls. • Respond to vendorsand internal teamsregardingthe status of payment. • Maintain W-9s. • Be a liaison between the accounts payable team and operations. • Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements. • Knowledge of accrual accounting. • Be organized and reliable with attention to detail. • Performadditionalduties and assumeadditionalresponsibilities asidentifiedby the manager for the efficient operation of WorkCare. Qualifications Educationand Experience • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). • 1-3years' experiencein the field or related area. Skills andCompetencies • Strong verbal,writtenand interpersonal communication skills. • Must be able todemonstratethe abilityof maintainingprivacy andconfidentiality. • Strong critical thinkingskills;problem solving, and decision making. • Must have the ability to gather data, compileinformationand prepare reports. • Ability tomanage multiple priorities, with attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to create and edit written materials. • Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences. • Skill in organizing resources andestablishingpriorities. • Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues,supervisorsand clients. • Strong time management, organizational, and follow-through skills. • Ability to meet and exceed daily and weekly individual performance goals. • Ability to work independently as well asassistingotherteammembers when needed. • Requires regular and predictable attendance and punctuality. Computer Skills • Must be competent in the Windows operating system environment, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word,Exceland PowerPoint) and learn other software as needed. Physical Demands • Requires sitting forlong periodsof time, working at a desk. • Some bending and stretchingcould berequired. • Working under stress anduseofcomputer/phonerequired. • Manual dexterityrequiredfor use ofcomputerkeyboard. • Occasionallymay berequiredto stand, walk, stoop, kneel and/or crouch. • Mayoccasionally lift and/or move up to15 pounds. Work Environment • Mainly indoor, office environment conditions. • The noise level is usually moderate. • Air quality is good andtemperatureis controlled. • Work Environment must be free from background noise and distraction, noise level is acceptable, temperature is controlled.At home set up must meet allCompanyIT,privacyand safety requirements. This position has an hourly pay rate of $20.67 - $21.63 per hour. Final compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
