Acquisition Manager (incl. Digital Acquisition)

SWATX is in search of a dedicated Acquisition Manager to spearhead our efforts in client acquisition through innovative and effective strategies, both in traditional and digital channels. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our market presence and engaging potential clients. The Acquisition Manager will work closely with marketing and sales teams, ensuring that acquisition campaigns are data-driven and aligned with our business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition plans that align with business strategies and goals. Oversee all acquisition channels, including digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to inform acquisition tactics. Track performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns with sales initiatives. Optimize the customer journey and conversion process to maximize lead generation and client acquisition. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on acquisition activities. Cultivate relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance acquisition efforts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in acquisition marketing, with a strong focus on digital acquisition strategies. Proven track record of developing and managing successful acquisition campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and CRM systems. Excellent communication and project management skills.
