Responsibilities • Follow all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values. • Deliver superior customer service. • Demonstrate self-motivation with a 'One Team' mentality. • Work both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization. • Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings. • Navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook. • Work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Requirements • Possess sales experience. • Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence). • Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN). • Proficient in technology and comfortable working in a virtual, performance-driven environment.
