Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to making a positive impact on people's lives, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Job Summary** As an Admin 1 - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing your call queue, checking callbacks and voicemails for required return calls, and supporting the tasks of other departments as needed. This role requires rotational weekends and holidays, but offers the flexibility of remote work and a competitive compensation package. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** - Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers to resolve their queries and concerns. - Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely and accurate communication. - Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins, providing clear and concise information to facilitate effective resolution. - Work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment, communicating and coordinating as necessary to achieve shared goals. - Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. **Minimum Requirements** - High School Diploma or equivalent. - 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Ability to commit to a one-month training program, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST. - Ability to work a schedule of Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST, with rotational weekends and holidays as required. - Reliable internet connection with a speed of 20mbps or higher (50mbps for shared internet connectivity). - Private work area and adequate power source. - Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US. **Home Office Requirements** - Internet speed of 20mbps or higher (50mbps for shared internet connectivity) to ensure seamless communication and data transfer. - Minimum 5mbps upload speed to facilitate efficient data exchange. - Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. - Private work area and adequate power source to maintain productivity and comfort. - Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. **EEO Statement** At blithequark, we value diversity and inclusion, and are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the communities we serve.
