Administrative Coordinator (Remote, Bilingual – Spanish)
Location: 100% Remote, Full-Time About Us: We are a small, client-focused law firm committed to providing exceptional service. We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Coordinator to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities: • Answer and field all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. • Making calls/texts to schedule/confirm consultations with prospects. • Proficient using MS Calendar to schedule appointments efficiently. • Represent the firm with a friendly, professional demeanor at all times. Requirements: • Bilingual (Spanish & English) – fluent in both written and spoken communication. • Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients. • Tech-savvy with experience using: • VOIP systems and Teams Calling • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience in calendaring and scheduling. • Fully equipped home office setup (computer/laptop, reliable internet, headset, etc.). • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Additional Details: • Position is 100% remote. • Must be available and reliable during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST). • Hourly pay: $15–$18 based on experience. Apply tot his job
