HERE’S THE RUNDOWN: Greatness Media is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and studio support for multiple executives. This is a high volume and fast-paced role that works closely with other teams such as production and operations. The ideal candidate will have superior organizational and communication skills; be highly motivated and detail-oriented; and can remain calm under pressure. Job responsibilities include administrative duties, studio guest hospitality, office management and scheduling. Bonus points if you are a great listener and enjoy connecting with people! HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE: • Serve as the day-to-day office manager for duties including: scheduling, communications, shipments, maintenance, supplies, equipment, errands • Create and schedule variety of video calls with team, vendors and guests • Organize and maintain studio office space • Provide in studio hospitality to guests and team members • Email and calendar management • Manage executive travel and expense reports • Running errands as needed • Participate in regularly scheduled weekly meetings • And other duties as assigned YOUR ABILITIES AND EXPERTISE: • Bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 3 years of experience as Administrative Assistant or similar position • Thrives in a fast paced environment on a wide variety of projects with high bandwidth demands • Experience with a remote, start up and/or small team is ideal • Exemplary attention to detail, organizational and time management skills • Task oriented and solution driven; comfortable navigating complex situations • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal • Naturally inquisitive, analytical and growth minded • Must be available to support in office Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm PT • A positive attitude and desire to work with a team that is changing the world! THE TEAM YOU’LL COLLABORATE WITH: • The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Business Manager. You will work closely with all of the Greatness Media teams. WHEN THE GREATNESS HAPPENS: • The typical work schedule is Monday – Friday, 9AM - 6PM with occasional weekend work.
