The Robertson Scholars Leadership Program is looking for seasonal Selection Team Members to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the selection of future leaders by evaluating applications and facilitating interviews for one of the most prestigious scholarship programs in the country. You’ll play a key role in identifying exceptional students who demonstrate leadership, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to service. You’ll read and assess applications, moderate interviews, and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thoughtful evaluation, meaningful conversations, and working in a mission-driven environment. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience in admissions, college counseling, human resources, recruiting, or leadership development • Strong reading and writing skills • Familiarity with online software platforms Preferred Qualifications: • Graduate degree strongly preferred • Prior experience with scholarship selection or interview facilitation Other Requirements: • This is a seasonal, part-time position running from October 2025 through February 2026. The weekly hours range from 20–35 hours • Remote eligible position and must reside in a Duke University-approved state Be Bold. • Evaluate Robertson Scholars applications using established criteria • Moderate interviews with scholarship candidates • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and fairness in selection • Utilize online platforms to manage application materials and interview logistics • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the selection process Choose Duke.
