The Audit Support Agent will perform audits for reservation accuracy, manage confirmation communications, and ensure compliance with company standards. Responsibilities Performs audits for the National Marketing Center's reservations for accuracy, and to errors made Responsible for sending and resending confirmation emails and/or letters for reservations or sales presentations as requested Provides an accurate error report and follows up with the report in order to ensure all errors are corrected Maintains a working knowledge of all resorts, Company products, and services as they related to marketing and the Company as a whole Responsible for accurate data entry Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures Skills A minimum one year of experience in the audit, hospitality, or timeshare field required Maintains a typing proficiency at a rate of 35 words per minute Exemplary organizational skills Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem solving skills Benefits Day 1 Benefit Eligibility Driven base pay Recognition Programs and Rewards Discounted Hilton hotel rates worldwide! 401(k) program with company match.
