Job Title: Agile PLM Business Analyst Location: USA (Remote; Bay Area preferred) Customer: Leading Semiconductor Company Duration: 1+ Year Experience: 8–10+ Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced Agile PLM Business Analyst to support a major semiconductor client in driving end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Agile PLM, strong business analysis capabilities, and hands-on experience supporting PLM enhancements, integrations, and user adoption. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering, supply chain, quality, and product teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze PLM requirements across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions. • Support Agile PLM modules such as PC, PPM, PQM, ECO/Change Management, AML, and Documentation Control. • Drive PLM configuration, workflow enhancements, and process optimizations based on business needs. • Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution recommendations for new features and process changes. • Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integrations, and data migration activities. • Support product releases, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), issue troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Develop functional design documents, process flows, SOPs, and user training materials. • Serve as the primary point of contact for Agile PLM support, enhancements, and best-practice guidance. • Ensure PLM processes are aligned with regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements. • Work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced semiconductor/R&D environments. Required Skills & Experience • 8–10+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst supporting Oracle Agile PLM. • Strong understanding of Agile PLM data model, workflow configuration, and change management processes. • Experience working with semiconductor, high-tech, or hardware product development environments. • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication. • Exposure to PLM integrations with ERP, CAD, or other engineering systems. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in semiconductor industry PLM processes. • Knowledge of Oracle EBS or other ERP systems. • Experience with Agile APIs, scripting, or basic SQL. Apply tot his job
