Agricultural Tractor Specialist

Job Description This is a remote position. Job Summary & Responsibilities ABOUT THE JOB An Agricultural Tractor Specialist will be responsible for maintaining one job-site that you will be dedicated to for the entire season, from 1-inch or more of snow until the end of the event. We try to match you to the closest jobsite to your home if available. Our late model Ag Tractors which range from 60 Hp to 126 Hp are outfitted with the Metal Pless AgriMAXX multifunction blades. EXPECTATIONS We are seeking passionate, hard-working candidates to be our on-call snow removal operators. • Must be available and willing at any hour between October 30 and the last snowstorm of the season. Shifts vary depending on the size of the storm, and can be anywhere from 6-hours, to more than 12-hours long. • Have the ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment. • Be punctual, reliable, and passionate about the Xtreme Snow Pros client commitment.
