Title: AI Content Strategist / Prompt Engineer Location: Remote Visa: USC and GC , TN Experience Required: Minimum 2-5 Years About the Role Uber, under the AI_DOMAIN_SPECIALIST program, is seeking highly skilled and creative professionals with strong linguistic and analytical backgrounds to design and evaluate advanced prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs). This role blends language, logic, and creativity—ideal for individuals with a background in Literature, Linguistics, or related disciplines who are passionate about the future of AI communication and reasoning. Key Responsibilities • Design Complex Prompts: Watch video clips and craft nuanced, context-rich question–answer pairs that challenge AI reasoning and comprehension. • Analyze Model Behavior: Evaluate AI model outputs to identify reasoning gaps and logical inconsistencies. • Synthesize Multimodal Data: Translate visual and audio information into coherent, high-quality written prompts. • Iterate and Calibrate: Refine and enhance prompts through review cycles to improve LLM performance. • Ensure Quality: Maintain factual accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency across all deliverables. Required Qualifications • Education: MA or PhD in English Literature, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in research, content design, editing, or AI-related projects. • Language Skills: Exceptional command of written and spoken English (native-level proficiency preferred). • Analytical Skills: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving ability. • Attention to Detail: Ability to detect subtle context variations and linguistic nuances.
