AI Engineer Mandate Skills: C# Full stack Developer, Data Structure , Algorithm Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions. Develop intelligent agentic systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. Build and optimize AI agents using AI Foundry, Python, and reinforcement learning techniques. Design and implement full stack applications , with strong emphasis on backend services using C# and cloud-native technologies. Create synthetic data generation pipelines to support training, validation, and evaluation of agentic models. Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Drive technical excellence through mentorship, code reviews, and engineering best practices . Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software components, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance . Shape long-term technical vision by contributing to architectural decisions, scalability strategies, and technology adoption . Ensure software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, reliability, and security . Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field . 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong record of delivering complex systems. 5+ years of experience with Python and C# , including hands-on work in AI/ML and full stack development. Practical experience with AI Foundry, agentic systems, and reinforcement learning . Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, system design, and distributed computing (5+ years). 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) and microservices architecture . Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's/master's in computer science , AI, or related field . Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and container orchestration (Kubernetes). Expertise in synthetic data generation, simulation environments, and AI evaluation frameworks . Proven leadership in technical strategy, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment .
