You will collaborate closely with global product, engineering, and data science teams, working directly with senior stakeholders to capture requirements, design workflows, and ensure that AI-driven platforms meet customer and enterprise needs. From day one, you will be embedded in high-impact projects, supporting the rollout of AI-native products and platforms across financial services, energy and retail. Key Details: • Location: Can be fully remote + offices in New York City (with global collaboration across the India, US and UK) • Compensation: Competitive base salary, performance incentives, and growth opportunities • Career Outlook: Be part of a flagship innovation hub, gaining global exposure while advancing into senior business analysis, product, or strategy leadership roles What You Will Lead and Deliver: • Partner with business and product stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into detailed AI solution requirements • Analyse, document, and optimise workflows where AI, GenAI, and automation can create measurable business impact • Support data-driven decision making by mapping business processes to data models, ensuring quality and alignment with AI applications • Work alongside engineering and data teams to validate requirements, track progress, and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled platforms • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI projects, ensuring adoption and commercial outcomes are measurable • Act as the voice of the customer and the business within technical teams, ensuring solutions are user-centric, compliant, and scalable • Support change management, training, and stakeholder adoption initiatives as AI solutions roll out globally Role Overview: This is not traditional business analysis.
