Location: Remote USA Work authorization: US Citizen or US Green Card Duration: Full-time (40 hours/ week) What you will be doing: Designs, builds, and deploys autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, take actions, and interact with tools or systems. Job Description: The role also includes applying core machine learning (ML). techniques to support data-driven decision-making, model development, and integration of ML components within agentic workflows. This includes developing LLM-based agents, designing multi-agent systems, integrating external APIs/tools, improving reasoning capabilities, and ensuring reliability and safety of agent behavior in production. The engineer works across LLM orchestration, ML model development, prompt engineering, tool-calling frameworks, vector databases, and backend systems to create scalable, intelligent automation solutions. Roles and responsibilities include following: · Build and optimize AI agents using LLMs, ML models, and agent frameworks (LangChain, Microsoft Agent Framework, etc.). · Design, develop and execute Agentic AI capabilities from scratch · should be able to implement multi-agent orchestration · good understanding on Agent security, Guardrails and other NFR capabilities · Develop workflows where agents reason, plan, execute tasks autonomously, and make ML-driven decisions. · Implement tool calling, API integrations, memory systems, RAG pipelines, and ML inference workflows. · Design multi-agent and ML-enhanced collaboration systems for complex tasks. · Build, train, evaluate, and integrate ML models (classification, regression, clustering, etc.) into agent pipelines. · Monitor agent and ML model performance, safety, reliability, drift, and hallucination control. · Deploy agentic and ML systems into production using cloud and containerized infrastructure. · Work with engineering and product teams to deliver AI- and ML-powered automation features.
