Evaluate and improve the performance of our models on a variety of use cases (e.g reasoning, code, rag, tool use, agents) and across modalities (text, image, speech). Develop tooling to facilitate data work and modeling iteration. Work cross functionally with other scientists, engineering and product teams to ship novel AI applications. About youYou are familiar with Python You are a highly proficient software engineer in a least one programming language (Python or other e.g. Rust, Go, Java) You have, hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jax) You have high technical engineering competence. This means being able to design complex software and make it usable in production You have a high scientific track record in a field of science. You are a team-player, self-starter and autonomous. Collaborative and have a real team player mindset. Now, it would be ideal ifYou have hands-on experience with Generative AI (e.g. experience with transformer based models), a broad knowledge of the field of AI You’re an expert in your AI field. You have a publication record. You have a strong interest in fine-tuning and using language models for applications.
