Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field with 3+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, and/or backend development • 3+ years of experience with Python and JavaScript, including building, maintaining, and improving service-layer applications • Experience with AI/ML-driven systems and prompt-based automation • Experience working with Zapier for workflow automation or integrations • Familiarity with HubSpot’s CRM platform and API ecosystem, with the ability to build, troubleshoot and optimize integrations • Strong understanding of MongoDB and data modeling concepts • Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred) • Familiarity with API integrations and batch data ingestion processes • Ability to debug, maintain, and enhance existing codebases • Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL, or reporting/analytics systems • Strong communication skills and able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences A day in the life As the AI Systems Engineer, you will work at the intersection of code, data and cloud infrastructure to maintain, improve and document the systems that power our AI tools and reporting engine. Responsibilities include: • Maintaining and enhancing our internal AI platforms, written in Python and running on Google Cloud • Supporting and optimizing the data ingestion pipeline, which combines API and batch processes from third-party partners and internal ad systems • Working within a service-layer architecture (services, integrations, models) to clean, normalize, and aggregate data • Managing data stored in MongoDB, ensuring schema consistency, performance and reliability • Troubleshooting and fixing issues in ingestion, aggregation and reporting workflows • Collaborating with leadership to document system logic, translate code output and identify optimization opportunities • Contributing to future development which will include building new automation and AI-driven capabilities as we expand our internal tools • Other duties as assigned Benefits & Perks At Intrinsic Digital, you’ll have a front-row seat at a rapidly scaling company that is driving innovation in multiple industries, as well as a chance to make a real impact on the growth of our business.
