Amazon Growth Manager — Full Ownership of Seller Central, FBA, PPC & Optimization - Contract to Hire
About Us Good Laundry is a mission-driven consumer brand selling laundry and homecare products. We support animal shelters with every purchase and are preparing a major brand relaunch in 2025. Right now, our Amazon channel needs an experienced operator who can take full ownership of performance, operations, ads, and growth. This is a strategic role — not just PPC, not just operations. We’re looking for someone who can run Amazon as a profit center, not a task list. Where We Are Today (Full Transparency) We want to be upfront so the right candidates self-select: Current ROAS is ~1.3 A significant portion of ad spend is inefficient We have ~700 active Amazon subscribers that must remain in-stock Our FBA shipments, catalog structure, and inventory forecasting need optimization We have strong SKU depth across several scent/product lines We know Amazon can be profitable, but we need a senior operator to steer the channel correctly If you thrive in a scenario where you come in, diagnose the issues, and build the entire channel the right way — you’ll be a perfect fit. What You Will Own 1. Seller Central Management Daily management of our Seller Central account Monitoring account health, policy compliance, and suppressed listings Managing restock limits, stranded inventory, and catalog issues Ensuring our brand’s listings stay optimized and active 2. FBA Strategy & Operations Create and manage FBA inbound shipping plans Advise on what to ship, how much, and when Train our team on preparing, labeling, and sending FBA inventory Improve forecasting to protect subscription SKUs Manage storage fees and avoid long-term storage issues 3. Amazon Advertising (PPC) Audit and rebuild PPC campaigns Reduce wasted spend Improve ROAS and TACOS Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display Align advertising strategy with inventory and profit margins 4. Conversion & Catalog Optimization Improve listing titles, bullets, and descriptions Test and refine main images Enhance A+ content Optimize variations and bundles Increase organic ranking and conversion rates 5. Reporting & Leadership Weekly reporting with actionable insights SKU-level profitability analysis Clear communication in fluent, professional English Once hired, day-to-day communication will occur via Slack for efficiency (all contract/payment stays on Upwork) Requirements (Must-Haves) 3+ years managing Amazon accounts end-to-end Strong understanding of FBA, PPC, Seller Central, and operational strategy Proven success improving underperforming accounts Ability to think strategically and execute independently Strong written and spoken English (clear communication required) Ability to overlap with U.S. hours Experience managing 10+ SKUs with subscriber implications Nice-to-Have Experience with CPG, household, or personal care brands Experience improving subscription-heavy Amazon catalogs Familiarity with data-driven image and copy testing Apply tot his job
