Amazon Paid Media Specialist/PPC & DSP
Amazon Paid Media Specialist (PPC & DSP) Part-time or full-time We’re seeking an experienced Amazon Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale paid media across Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP. This is a hands-on execution role focused on driving efficient growth across Amazon. What you’ll do • Manage day-to-day Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across keyword, product, and audience targeting • Actively manage bids, budgets, and placements to balance efficiency and growth • Allocate spend across products and initiatives based on performance, inventory, and seasonality • Monitor and optimize key KPIs including TACOS, ROAS, CVR, CPC, and NTB • Identify inefficiencies and reallocate spend to improve performance • Execute DSP campaigns to support awareness, consideration, and retargeting • Align DSP and Sponsored Ads to create cohesive full-funnel coverage • Produce clear, actionable performance reporting and insights • Partner with leadership, creative, merchandising, and operations teams to support conversion and inventory health • What we’re looking for • 5+ years of hands-on Amazon paid media experience • Deep expertise in Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) • Working knowledge of Amazon DSP • Proven ability to scale spend while maintaining performance • Strong analytical and optimization skills • Comfortable managing multiple products and priorities Nice to have • Experience in beauty, personal care, or prestige categories • Experience supporting multi-product Amazon portfolios • Experience working in-house or alongside Amazon agencies Apply tot his job
