Job Summary American Express is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Virtual Customer Care team. As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued card members, providing exceptional support through inbound calls, chat, and email. This remote role offers you the flexibility to work from home while delivering outstanding service that reflects the high standards of the American Express brand.
