The DEI Business Partners assist leaders with improving their organization's diversity results and building team inclusion capabilities. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD (Key Responsibilities): Provide consultation to client organizations and HR Business Partners to assist them in achieving measurable diversity, equity, and inclusion improvements in their organizational performance and build effective relationships with assigned clients. Analyzes diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics, team behaviors, and processes, to determine business unit and enterprise-wide programs that need to be changed or implemented to advance DEI goals. In partnership with Change Management, facilitate implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with diversity, inclusion, and belonging activities. Leads and/or facilitates midsize to large diversity, inclusion, and belonging interventions, programs and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation. Serve as relationship managers for key DEI partners, leveraging those relationships to impact communities and deliver on the Red Cross mission. Facilitates working group meetings, conducts interviews and focus groups, develops and presents scenarios, and elicits business needs from conversations with stakeholders Develops proposals, work plans, schedules, and implementation strategies Provides thought leadership. Continually scan the market for evolving thinking, strategy and programs to drive innovation in D&I. Identify and build relationships with industry leaders, consultants & partners to apply leading practices. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial with previous experience in the following areas: Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging behaviors and program development Consulting and facilitation practices Project and program management High learning agility and attention to detail Ability to bring structure to the undefined Ability to work across all levels of leadership and across all business/functional areas Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity Ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: Minimum 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Skills & Abilities: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of program or service. Demonstrated ability in creating presentations and developing training modules. Excellent oral and communication skills, including training and presentations. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Develop project plans, budgets and strategies to achieve organizational goals. Demonstrate analytical and decision-making skills to develop creative processes for continuous program or service improvements. Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to work on a team. Travel: Approximately 30-35% travel Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted). The salary range for this position is $94,900 - 110,000. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
