Analyst, Category & Shopper Insights

The role involves providing insights into category trends and consumer behavior to support the Walmart customer business team, utilizing shopper and POS data to identify performance trends and growth opportunities. Responsibilities Provide support to Director of Category, our category & sales teams in snacking categories like cookie, cracker & candy Track performance using internal and syndicated reporting Maintain store and product attribution Build action-oriented insights that identifies opportunities for Walmart & Mondelez to drive mutual growth Develop consumer selling stories using Walmart Scintilla, Nielsen & Numerator data Assist and participate in buyer meetings, including category reviews Skills Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required 1 - 2 years of experience within sales, shopper insights or data analysis – Walmart experience preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable business strategies Experience in using consumer insights, and analytics with retailer data, panel/POS syndicated data (Nielsen, Numerator, Walmart Scintilla etc.) Expertise in Walmart Scintilla Shopper Behavior a plus Benefits Health insurance Wellness and family support programs Life and disability insurance Retirement savings plans Paid leave programs Education related programs Paid holidays Vacation time Company Overview Mondelēz International, Inc.
