Analyst, Customer Collaboration

They are seeking an Analyst, Customer Collaboration to optimize supply chain processes and enhance performance metrics through collaboration with Walmart and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Analyze customer supply chain KPIs using Walmart’s Retail Link & Scintilla, internal tools, and external data sources to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities across the total end-to-end supply chain Consolidate complex data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards for Walmart and internal stakeholders Collaborate with order management, logistics, and cross-functional teams to understand Walmart’s fulfillment processes Deliver targeted KPIs aligned with Walmart’s supply chain priorities, such as in-stock rates, order fill rates, and on-time delivery Provide subject matter expertise on Walmart’s supply chain systems and collaborate on projects to improve vendor integration and operational efficiency, along with cost-savings & optimization Partner with customer service to resolve service issues and order issues Develop and maintain reports using Excel, PowerBI, and Walmart systems to provide insights into customer demand patterns, inventory levels, and service performance Support Walmart fine mitigation across OTIF & SQEP programs through partnership with Walmart and leading internal Continuous Improvement efforts Build analytics to monitor and improve Danone’s performance against Walmart’s KPIs, ensuring alignment with 'Everyday Low Cost' (EDLC) and replenishment goals Prepare customer scorecards, populate Walmart presentation templates, and support joint business planning sessions Skills Analyze customer supply chain KPIs using Walmart's Retail Link & Scintilla, internal tools, and external data sources to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities across the total end-to-end supply chain Consolidate complex data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards for Walmart and internal stakeholders Collaborate with order management, logistics, and cross-functional teams to understand Walmart's fulfillment processes Deliver targeted KPIs aligned with Walmart's supply chain priorities, such as in-stock rates, order fill rates, and on-time delivery Provide subject matter expertise on Walmart's supply chain systems and collaborate on projects to improve vendor integration and operational efficiency, along with cost-savings & optimization Partner with customer service to resolve service issues and order issues Develop and maintain reports using Excel, PowerBI, and Walmart systems to provide insights into customer demand patterns, inventory levels, and service performance Support Walmart fine mitigation across OTIF & SQEP programs through partnership with Walmart and leading internal Continuous Improvement efforts Build analytics to monitor and improve Danone's performance against Walmart's KPIs, ensuring alignment with 'Everyday Low Cost' (EDLC) and replenishment goals Prepare customer scorecards, populate Walmart presentation templates, and support joint business planning sessions Knowledge and experience with Walmart Replenishment & Supply Chain or ability to quickly learn Technical knowledge is critical including data analytics & analysis, continuous improvement, problem solving, root-causing & systemic-improvement mindset Knowledge of retail supply chain operations, preferably with experience supporting Walmart or similar large retailers Familiarity with Walmart systems is highly desirable Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with PowerBI or similar visualization tools preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems and Walmart-specific tools Self-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-focused with a proactive approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus Benefits Medical Dental Vision Prescription Drug Coverage 401k Plan Wellness Program Life Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Flexible Time Off Paid Parental Bonding Leave Company Overview Danone is a global leader in three health-focused, fast-growing categories: Dairy & Plant-Based products, Waters, and Specialized Nutrition.
