RESPONSIBILITIES: Core Skill Sets Comfortable in fast-paced, hands-on technical environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting incidents, creating reports, and collaborating with team members. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Meticulous attention to detail for accurate analysis and documentation. Eagerness to learn new technologies, adapt to evolving threats, and stay updated on the latest security trends. Operations Become technically proficient in all aspects of the Cyera platform while supporting 24x7x365 service operations (delivery, backup, escalation). Develop standard operating procedures that improve performance. Leverages AI and automation to efficiently analyze and correlate data, enabling rapid diagnosis and triage of complex events. Basic scripting skills in languages like Python or PowerShell for automating repetitive tasks, data parsing, or simple tool integrations is preferred. Proficiency in analyzing and actioning various types of security logs and/or events (vulnerability management, DLP, endpoint detection and response (EDR), SIEM, etc.). Customer Engagement Monitor, identify and analyze key events and data points across in-scope environments leveraging customer’s Cyera deployment. Prepare and present reports to customers that highlight key observations and suggested remediation activities and track performance through dashboards, trend analysis, and risk posture insights. Prepare and deliver reporting tied to open source and dark web intelligence queries. Assist with incident response efforts when needed. Support peer Analysts and provide customer escalation assistance as needed. Customer Success and Data Security Executive Support Partner with Customer Success Engineering (CSE) team in delivering agreed upon outcomes. Support customers as they transition through key onboarding/implementation tollgates into ongoing management and operationalization phases. Support ongoing platform integration, tuning and configuration activities. Support Customer Success team in resolving customer problems and securing renewals. Assist Customer Success with the execution of QBRs and other customer touchpoints. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred Experience 1 – 3 years of experience in cybersecurity. Direct operational experience in Security Operations Centers (SOC), Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environments or running vulnerability management or data protection programs. Experience identifying, triaging and resolving cyber incidents. Miscellaneous Seek and complete an ongoing series of training and certifications to further develop and enhance your technical and soft skillsets. As requested, provide feedback and suggested feature/function enhancements to product development teams. Monitor industry changes and leading practice trends to identify opportunities for process/service enhancement and ensure alignment with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Assist with the planning, delivery and tracking of internal SOC projects. Develop a working knowledge of the various tools and technologies leveraged by enterprise cybersecurity teams.
