Stratacareers is a company focused on healthcare solutions, and they are seeking a Software Implementation Analyst for their Planning and Performance Management team. This role involves implementing financial applications and collaborating with key financial team members at major health systems to ensure successful software deployment and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Implement significant components of StrataJazz®, specific to Capital Planning, Operational Budgeting, Forecasting, and Performance Management at multiple customers across the country Implementation includes configuring the user requirements, validating functionality, configuring complex financial models, building reports, developing workflows, and testing key features of the software to align with client specific business needs Support web-based and onsite customer training to ensure customers understand specific features and functions related to StrataJazz® Achievement of role specific KPIs related to performance, customer support, and customer satisfaction Communicate proactively with Strata team members, managers, and project managers on issues and risks that may arise during the project life cycle. Develop and execute action plans to mitigate risks proactively Provide technical support and first pass troubleshooting during post go-live phase of implementations, collaborating with Strata’s Technical and Engineering teams to resolve more complex issues Meaningfully contribute to operational improvement and strategic growth projects to enable Strata to continue to scale operations and continually improve our level of service to customers Work in an Agile environment and learn one of the most widely used and effective methodologies for building and implementing high quality, feature-rich software Skills 0-3 years of full-time experience Experience using SQL or relational database concepts in an academic setting or work experience Intermediate Excel skills (i.e., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, IF Statements) Understanding of project management fundamentals Willingness to travel within the US as needed to customer locations up to 20-35% Internship experience in finance, consulting, or healthcare Understanding of healthcare industry trends and their impact on business Exposure to implementing and configuring software Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems containing Finance applications functionality (Lawson/Infor, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, etc.) Exposure to financial modeling, financial statement analysis, financial reporting, and general accounting concepts Benefits Discretionary variable pay programs based on role Comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits Health and welfare benefits Paid time off Parental leave Life and accident insurance Other voluntary and well-being benefits Company Overview Strata Decision Technology offers financial analytics, business intelligence, and decision support services for the healthcare industry.
