About the Role As an Analyst – Training & Enablement, you will play a critical role in supporting the Field Training & Business Enablement team within Global Strategies & Capabilities (GS&C). You will be responsible for executing on the global Field Training & Business Enablement strategy, driving productivity and success of the sales teams, and supporting business goals. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and highly visible team, working in a complex and demanding environment. Key Responsibilities Execute on the global Field Training & Business Enablement strategy by supporting innovative and experiential/digital field training programs. Maintain analytics for the training team, including managing survey data, attendance records, invite lists, and content usage. Manage budget and payment processing to ensure vendors are paid on time and budget balance is up-to-date. Preserve Training and Enablement content by submitting through appropriate reviews, updating old versions, maintaining pages, and sharing usage reports. Support learning consultants by helping to operationalize programs with scheduling and communications support. Develop an expertise in the LMS and CMS systems. Become knowledgeable on how the business operates, key priorities and metrics. Help hypothesize the impact of training on bottom line results. Take initiative to dive into analytics that will help the team, stakeholders, and partners make decisions quickly and effectively. Essential Qualifications Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel required. Experience creating dashboards with tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Seismic, Cornerstone, Tableau, and Qualtrics a plus. Knowledge of key learning & development and sales enablement concepts preferred. Keen attention to detail, high degree of accountability and integrity. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), presentation development, presenting to senior audiences, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at all levels in an organization. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and prioritization. Project Management skills. Proactive and ambitious self-starter, with a strong work ethic, intense will-to-win, and demonstrated personal excellence. Ability to travel (up to 10%). Enthusiastic, fun, flexible and demonstrates a willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a similar role or industry. Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS). Certification in project management or a related field. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $105,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
