Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support via phone, chat, or email. Resolve customer inquiries regarding Apple products including iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, and Apple services like iCloud, iTunes, and App Store. Use active listening to assess and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining Apples brand values. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and empathetic manner. Document and escalate customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams. Stay up to date on product changes, software updates, and internal processes through ongoing training. Required Skills and Qualifications Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple customer interactions. Comfortable navigating multiple systems, tools, and applications simultaneously. A quiet and distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet connection. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). Experience 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support (preferably in a remote environment). Prior experience with Apple products (as a user or support provider) is an advantage. Familiarity with macOS, iOS, and related Apple software will be a plus. Working Hours Flexible shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time and part-time opportunities available depending on location. Must be willing to commit to a regular schedule in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
