They are seeking an Application Analyst I - EPIC Radiant to tackle complex business challenges through technology and workflow solutions, influencing system design and contributing to operational efficiency. Responsibilities Maintain, design and build Radiant components such as radiology orders, protocols, worklists and scheduling workflows in a complex workflow environments Assist with answering tickets in ServiceNow work queues Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions Skills Active certification in EPIC Radiant Required Understanding of Radiology Operations Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design Ability to work in a high volume environment with limited supervision Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others Dual certification in Radiant and Cupid preferred Proficiency in healthcare IT standards such as HL7 and DICOM preferred Breast Imaging, Interventional Radiology, MITS/ Nuclear Medicine, Back Office Imaging, Protocoling design and build experience a plus Company Overview The people of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) are united by a singular mission: ending cancer for life.
