Lead and oversee the design and implementation of data migration strategies and solutions for various clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Utilize your expertise and experience in data migration to develop best practices, standards, and guidelines for the team to follow. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data migration technology and tools, and incorporate them into projects as appropriate. Assess and analyze existing data systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop and maintain documentation related to data migration processes, including technical specifications, data mapping, and system integration. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders throughout the data migration process. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to data migration, and provide timely solutions to ensure project success. Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data migration projects.
