Application Development Advisor

Design and develop innovative and user-friendly applications for Cigna's customers. Constantly learn and improve technical skills to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance the overall digital experience for Cigna's customers. Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix any issues or bugs. Stay updated with industry best practices and standards to ensure high-quality and efficient development. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to brainstorm and propose new ideas for improving Cigna's digital experience. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary updates to the applications. Train and mentor junior team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards. Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines and deliverables. Proactively identify and resolve any technical challenges or roadblocks. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy standards. Continuously analyze and improve the performance and efficiency of existing applications. Stay updated with Cigna's overall goals and objectives and align development efforts accordingly.
