Job Summary As an Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk at AT&T, you will partner with the store manager to oversee all aspects of daily store operations. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with merchandising and product launches to drive sales growth and customer engagement Helping to meet and exceed sales objectives through effective sales strategies and coaching Ensuring that customers receive an extraordinary experience with our products and services Coaching and developing a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals Collaborating with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls Key Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager at AT&T, you will be responsible for: Leading and developing a team of sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals Driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and coaching Ensuring that customers receive an exceptional experience with our products and services Collaborating with the store manager to oversee daily store operations Analyzing sales data and developing insights to inform sales strategies Coaching and developing sales consultants to improve sales performance and customer service skills Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as an Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk at AT&T, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry Prior management experience in a retail or sales environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience with sales data analysis and insights Knowledge of AT&T products and services Skills and Competencies To succeed as an Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk at AT&T, you will need: Strong leadership and coaching skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Strong customer service skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At AT&T, we are committed to developing our employees and providing opportunities for career growth and advancement.
