Assistant Media Planner, Out of Home (FX)

About the position Responsibilities • Assisting in the development and execution of OOH and print media plans • Compiling data to support the media recommendation, including running syndicated research on the consumer • Updating media planning documents for client use • Communicating and collaborating with internal planning, activation and digital teams • Collecting competitive research and preparing reports • Assisting print/OOH team with client-supplied Adobe InDesign creative files • Developing filmmaker presentations on Keynote for client use • Assisting with the contracting of inventory and organizing proof-of-performance photos and reports • Conducting campaign audits through 'market rides' with vendor partners • Developing professional relationships with media vendors • Participating in brainstorm sessions • Attending internal/external meetings and presentations • Keeping abreast of industry trends through advertising and media trade journals Requirements • College graduate with a strong interest in a media planning/digital media career • Relevant experience (employment or internship) in media or advertising preferred, but not required • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Strong quantitative (analytical and math) skills • Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings • Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote Nice-to-haves • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred Benefits • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Dental insurance • 401(k) • Healthcare Flexible Spending Account • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account • Vacation days • Sick days • Personal days • Paid parental leave • Paid medical leave • STD/LTD insurance benefits Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
