Associate Analyst, Business – ROPS

Job Description: • Analysis & Technical: Supports lower complexity analysis by utilizing data to identify trends or recommend opportunity areas • Identifies & evaluates specific claims or patient records relevant for an analysis or report utilizing a combination of business knowledge and tools such as Excel, SQL and Tableau • Troubleshoots issues or data errors with guidance • Supports reviewing of requirements & participates in UAT processes as needed • Problem Solving: Supports the solving of business problems and analytics by executing on outlined approach & utilizing business subject matter expertise • Synthesizes analysis takeaways and visualizes with guidance • Project & Stakeholder Management: Participates actively in all working sessions • Sends recaps from meetings • Maintains up to date documentation for reports, processes and analysis assumptions • Keeps track of assigned work & balances multiple priorities in order to complete work timely • Partners with stakeholders by clearly responding to questions and keeping them informed of necessary updates Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent required • 5+ years’ experience with accounting, transactions or medical billing systems a plus • Health care and medical billing/collections/overpayment remediation or experience is preferred • Knowledge or experience working with a variety of health care insurance payers is preferred • Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook Benefits: • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out • Support for you and your family: Family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access Headspace®, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave and more • Professional development programs: DaVita offers a variety of programs to help strong performers grow within their career.
