Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

This role involves providing legal services in complex litigation processes and requires experience in various litigation areas such as general liability and construction litigation. Responsibilities This role requires legal research, drafting of pleadings motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance.
