Associate Compliance Analyst
Identity Digital Inc. is a company focused on compliance and risk management. The Associate Compliance Analyst will assist in developing compliance programs and policies while ensuring adherence to legal requirements. Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and training materials Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and summarize key findings; coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement policy changes Support the internal audit process to identify potential compliance risks Assist in preparation for and conducting external audits, including ISO27001 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and documentation Contribute to the development and delivery of compliance training programs to employees Participate in reviewing and updating of company policies and procedures Provide administrative support to the Compliance and Legal teams as needed Assist with data privacy related tasks such as research and documentation Take part in reviewing escalations related to sanctions compliance, DNS Abuse, and other matters from compliance teams Actively model and promote Identity Digital’s core values through day-to-day interactions, behaviors, and decision-making Other duties as assigned Skills 1-4 years of experience in a compliance, risk management or audit related role Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization Superior attention to detail and strong auditing skills Ability to travel as needed Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization as needed Reliable transportation to the workplace Benefits Generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance Company contributions to a Health Savings Accounts Company-paid life and disability insurance Employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match 15 days of paid vacation yearly, increasing to 20 days after one year 5 days of paid sick leave 13 paid holidays 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents, 12 weeks for others Tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses Company Overview “Working as One Team is a core value at Identity Digital.
