Associate Contract Mgmt Specialist

The Associate Contract Management Specialist will partner with the sales team to build and implement solutions for customer contract management, focusing on maintaining customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities Assist customers wishing to cancel, credit, or reduce rate Act as a relationship manager to an assigned sales team, supporting accounts via multiple support channels to find customer resolutions Develop and maintain programs and processes that reduce customer churn and increase customer retention Analyze and manage all revenue reductions activities Follow process improvement and best practices that the team introduces Support development, refine and document processes and practices Report customer feedback to key organizational partners Maintain strong relationships across the organization through clear communication and detailed follow-ups Handle retention and renewal activities such as: credits, cancels, contact adjustments and account maintenance Skills High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution 1-3 years of strong customer-centric, sales, or operations experience Excellent organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects Ability to effectively present and demonstrate solutions Demonstrated ability to negotiate and problem solve Demonstrated computer knowledge (Internet and Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook) Previous Salesforce experience Benefits Comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, well-being, and financial security Company Overview SPS Commerce is a provider of cloud-based supply chain management services.
