Your primary responsibility will be to provide seamless service, answering questions, resolving issues, and educating customers about our health plan and clinic services. You will also be responsible for reviewing eligibility and premium information, assisting members in selecting medical homes and primary care physicians, and researching and responding to claims and authorization inquiries. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to Health Plan customers, including existing and potential members, providers, internal departments, and employers * Serve as the first line of communication for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and educating them about our health plan and clinic services * Review eligibility and premium information on a broad portfolio of products * Assist members in selecting medical homes and primary care physicians * Educate members and providers in the appropriate use of health plan and clinic services * Research and respond to claims and authorization inquiries * Maintain knowledge of complex custom networks * Resolve customer issues and concerns in a calm and professional manner * Utilize training to direct callers in crisis situations **Training and Development** As a new hire, you will be required to attend onsite training sessions for 3 days per week. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
