About the Role We're seeking an exceptional Associate Customer Success Manager to join our Scaled Team, focusing on US & LATAM accounts. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers realize the full value of our platform. You'll work collaboratively with a team of Customer Success Managers to manage a shared install base, leveraging a mix of channels, including email, chat, phone calls, and live webinars, to engage customers and drive success. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively on a team of Customer Success Managers to manage a shared install base of customers, supporting a high volume of customers using a mix of channels (Email, Chat, Phone Calls, live webinars, etc.) Identify customer objectives, analyze account usage patterns, and conduct necessary research to develop tailored strategic recommendations that enhance customer engagement with blithequark's platform while ensuring customer accountability Lead strategy calls to educate customers and help them realize the value of blithequark's platform Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience Contribute to a strong team culture focused on skill-building, peer feedback, and performance-based growth Work closely with the Latam region, with clients based in North America/Latam, to deliver exceptional customer experiences Essential Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success or Customer Facing role Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Aptitude for learning software and AI familiarity Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to teach, guide, and drive value through clear, effective conversations Presentation and facilitation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Verifiable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals Understanding of marketing, sales, and service best practices Customer Success experience at a SaaS organization Fluency in English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications Experience working with customers in the Latam region Knowledge of blithequark's platform and its applications Experience with sales, marketing, or customer success software Certifications in customer success or related fields Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment Skills and Competencies Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to empathize with customers Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to learn quickly and absorb new information Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
