About the Role As an Associate, DashPass Promotion Strategy, you'll play a critical role in creating and guiding consumer promotion campaigns that drive engagement and growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop integrated promotion strategies that accelerate consumer ordering behavior, and analyze customer data to obtain insights that inspire engagement. Your mission will be to solve one of the company's hardest challenges: using promotion budget to accelerate growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop promotional strategies and drive their implementation end-to-end, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders Analyze complex data sets to develop strategic, analysis-motivated consumer pricing and promotional plans Set up and monitor complex journeys, triggers, and automations with static and dynamic content Monitor campaign performance and pivot when necessary to achieve campaign goals Work on programs with product, Strategy & Operations, CRM, and analytics teams to build creative solutions to enhance outcomes Translate data into applicable insights for partners and stakeholders Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience 2+ years of experience in finance/management consulting, business operations, growth marketing/marketing analytics, or business analytics Advanced SQL skills (can write queries from scratch to pull data) Advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions) Ability to see the big picture of why and execute at the lowest level of detail to fully achieve objectives Desire to dive headfirst into complex problems and large data sets Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a growth marketing or marketing analytics role Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or Tableau Experience with A/B testing and experimentation Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Desire to learn and grow with the company Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At DoorDash, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
