Your Role This position will have strategic responsibility for a global Start-up Solution Unit Lead focused on Clinical Site Agreements (CSA). You operate in a matrixed environment supporting the review and execution of agreements with the Institutions and Investigators involved in our Clinical Trials. You will be responsible to review and manage legal and budget escalations related to different type of agreements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple Countries with the final goal to support contract execution and the delivery of the site activation strategy as per best-in-class benchmarks. Additional responsibilities will include leading, developing and updating negotiating parameter guidance documents at Country and Site level; approving Fair Market Value (FMV) assessments and performing CDA customization across the portfolio, leading discussion with Legal where required. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: • Medical or Life Sciences degree or equivalent qualifications • At least 10 years in clinical research in a CRO or Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Industry environment • Understanding of the overall clinical development paradigm, especially around clinical study operations and have global or regional experience. • Has 5 or more years of experience in contract and budget negotiation • Experience in oversight of external service providers, preferred Location: Remote, Boston MA or east coast preferred Pay range for this position: $125,000 - $187,400. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
