We partner closely with boards, committees, and staff to provide strong fiduciary oversight, disciplined investment management, and a high level of service. What You’ll Do: ● Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, assist in onboarding, prepare performance reports, and participate in client and board meetings. ● Investment Operations: Execute trades, monitor portfolios, support portfolio construction, rebalancing, and maintain compliance with investment policies. ● Analytics & Research: Analyze portfolio performance, asset allocation, and risk metrics using tools such as Morningstar Direct. Prepare insights and investment commentary for client meetings. ● Internal Collaboration: Partner with senior advisors to enhance client experiences and contribute to firm-wide process improvements. What We’re Looking For: ● 1–5 years of relevant investment experience (including internships or college coursework). ● Ability to confidently present complex investment information to boards and clients. ● Bachelor’s degree in finance, investments, or related field (or equivalent experience). ● Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ● High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. ● Excellent written and verbal communication. ● Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Charles Schwab and/or Morningstar Direct a plus. ● FINRA Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain).
