Caltrans District 3 is part of the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet), which advocates for veterans and their families. The Associate Property Agent role involves managing complex tasks related to customer services and property management within the Homes Division. Responsibilities Performs complex tasks Participates in the most difficult aspects of servicing operations Operates with a reasonable degree of independence as it relates to customer services Escrow account administration Property and title services Records and information management for the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) Home Loans Division Skills You will need to take and pass an examination for Associate Property Agent to establish list eligibility prior to job offer Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov. All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position Resume is required and must be included Statement of Qualifications - Interested applicants must submit a Statement of Qualifications.
