Associate, Structured Finance Operations

They are seeking an Associate for Structured Finance Operations who will manage security master data in Aladdin, perform reconciliations, and serve as a liaison between trading teams and Aladdin. The role requires collaboration with technology and business teams to enhance systems and improve processes. Responsibilities Establish and maintain security master data in Aladdin Manage and update issuer-level information, including limits and roll-ups, and communicate changes to analysts Perform and resolve exceptions from daily and monthly reconciliations between Aladdin and source systems Build, run, and coordinate Aladdin reporting tools (Green Package, Explore, Aladdin View) Collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver system enhancements Provide support across multiple platforms, including Bloomberg, Market Axess, and Tradeweb Act as a key liaison between Aladdin, traders, analysts, and other internal groups Develop subject matter expertise in core Aladdin applications Recommend and present process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen controls Assist with testing activities and documentation. Work with the PMs and Analysts on structuring and booking Private and Direct transactions, reconciliation fundings and allocations across various business lines. Coordinate with Operations, Settlements and Trading Systems teams Skills BS in Business Administration or Finance 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve reconciliation discrepancies efficiently Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with accuracy Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of working independently Knowledge of Financial instruments including fixed income, equities and alternative investments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (ex: VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Familiarity with Aladdin or Bloomberg is a plus Benefits Leave programs Adoption assistance Student loan repayment programs Company Overview For over 180 years, we’ve helped turn your biggest dreams into milestones that last a lifetime.
